Cómo hacer un mapa
de mapas en los oídos
que albergue, para sí
el punto de reunión
los animales celestes
y el cosmos.
After 3 albums, various collaborations, remixes, and concerts around many scenarios of America and Europe; Camanchaca presents "Aurora", conceptual work that accurately summarizes the particular sound search of the duo.
In this new production, Camanchaca takes on a fine electronic sound orientated to the dancefloor while allows an enjoyable and attentive listening. Recorded with a strong analog instrumentation, "Aurora" is full of hypnotic drum machines and resonant bass lines, constantly alliance with synthesizers and various types of native percussion.
"Aurora" will be released by Fertil Discos in 2016, and a small preview can be heard in Llano EP, along with remixes by Barrio Lindo and Rlhbslcn.
Like new cartographers, in Camanchaca ear maps are drawn, as sound singular points meeting between synthetic and organic are built.
