NAOBA & URSO take you on a luminous journey through Nicaragua

Fertil Discos presents "Paisajes", the first "ecompilado" that makes visible landscapes at risk of extinction in Latin America. With a conglomerate of global producers, it proposes 15 tracks in the key of soundscape and electronic song that dialogue with the environment in order to introduce us to different geographies that suffer the consequences of human exploitation.

Together with Germinar ONG from Buenos Aires, we try to make these scenarios visible and contribute to manage with environmental awareness and responsibility, rethinking culture and industry in a context of a global ecological crisis.

The second single is by NAOBA + URSO from Nicaragua, a track that honors the mirrors of water in their country, especially Masaya lake, a potential source of fresh water for the south zone of the country. However, and although it has a high scenic, recreational and fishing value, the high levels of contamination limit its use. The electronic song imagines a psychedelic trip around the lake and the landscape.

NAOBA is a pioneer and leader in the organic downtempo and global-bass scene in their native country of Nicaragua. As a prolific music producer, sound artist, singer and DJ, NAOBA's musical project focuses on combining a wide range of Mesoamerican archaeological and ancestral instrumentation, world percussion and nature soundscapes with electronic elements as the anchor of this electro investigation. Her organic downtempo sound is full and rich with mind-blowing rhythms, bass and melodies as well as a unique emotionality conjured up in melodies.

Luigi Bridges is the name behind URSO. He´s a Sound technician specialized in recording and mixing music, with 9 years of experience in the musical area, and 6 exploring the conceptual visual arts. His style is a combination of textures of the world that are summarized in a hybrid live set of techno and deep.
